The Heaven Customer App is designed for Heaven Green Energy Ltd customers and the general public to explore solar energy solutions for homes and offices — including requesting solar designs, getting quotations, tracking project progress, and staying connected with our team.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
The Heaven Customer App is available to Heaven Green Energy Ltd customers and the general public who wish to explore, request, or track solar energy solutions for residential or commercial properties.

The App collects only the minimum data required to deliver its features. All data is either entered by you directly or transmitted to/from our backend systems over a secure encrypted connection.

All data is stored on Heaven Green Energy Ltd's backend servers hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure in India. The App does not maintain a local database of your project or solar records on your device.

In accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines (5.1.1(v)) and Google Play's User Data Policy, you may request account deletion both from within the App and via our website. Account deletion is irreversible and will immediately revoke your access.
Upon a verified deletion request, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:
You can initiate deletion from within the App via Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account, or by submitting a request through our data deletion page. We respond within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.

The App sends project-related push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification Service (iOS). Notifications may be sent for:
Notification preferences can be managed under Profile > Preferences within the App, or disabled entirely via your device's system settings. Disabling notifications does not restrict any other App functionality.
Session and device data (device ID, IP logs, tokens, preferences) is retained only while your account is active. Upon verified account deletion, this data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Solar design requests, quotations, and project records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil your project and any related legal obligations. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and GST regulations.
Anonymised crash logs and diagnostic data are automatically purged after 90 days.
The Heaven Customer App is intended for use by adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. The App is not designed for, or directed at, minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at keyur@heavendesigns.in.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in app functionality, legal requirements, or data practices. When material changes are made, we will:

Both the Apple App Store and Google Play require that account deletion is available in-app and via a public web page. This page fulfils the web-based requirement. The in-app path is also available under Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. All requests are handled by Heaven Green Energy Ltd.

Solar project records, quotation data, and financial records are retained by Heaven Green Energy Ltd in accordance with applicable law and business obligations. These are not deleted upon account removal.
⚠ Important — Before You Submit: Account deletion will immediately revoke your access to the Heaven Customer App. Your device identifiers, session tokens, IP logs, and push notification token will be permanently removed. Solar project records may be retained by Heaven Green Energy Ltd per their data retention policy. If you have an active project, please contact us before requesting deletion.
Requests must be submitted from or reference a verified registered email address. We cannot process requests from unverified senders.
